Senior Product Designer (m/f/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design comprehensive user experiences for our SaaS product, focusing on UI, interaction, and visual design.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to drive informed design decisions.
• Actively contribute to product strategy, roadmaps, and objectives as part of a product trio.
• Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure practical and successful design implementations.
• Partner with sales, project, and customer success teams to integrate client feedback into design solutions.
• Strive for a balance between user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain design systems and standards for consistency and efficiency.
• Inspire innovative thinking and advocate for best practices in user-centered design.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5s+ years of experience with a strong background in UX/UI design and user research.
• Capable of working independently as the sole design expert.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Exceptional collaborative and communication skills in cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability in an engineering-driven and sales-focused environment.
• Professional fluency in German and English.
• Previous experience in B2B SaaS product design is advantageous.
