On the way to paperless publishing of content, publishers have created extensive websites as a first step. In a second step, publishers made PDF versions of their print editions available to their readers, so-called ePaper. These were pure replicas of the printed newspaper. Readers had to scroll and zoom in order to read the texts. That was a long time ago and a lot has happened.
ePapers are now seeing double-digit percentage increases in circulation and are also increasingly popular with young readers. And so it's no wonder that more and more publishers see the ePaper as an integral part of their digital strategy.
Stephan Heck explains how the ePaper can become a revenue driver and what you need to pay attention to when doing so.
In this webinar, you will learn, among other things:
• What ePapers are and how they have changed in recent years
• What are the benefits of ePaper.
• How to create full-fledged news apps from ePapers.
• How to bridge the gap between analog and digital use of content with an ePaper.
