Purple Connect 2026
From Purple Day 2024 to Purple Connect 2026. From one day to two. We're bringing together editors-in-chief, publishing leaders and product teams working on the same questions as you: AI in the newsroom, digital-first strategy, new products for younger audiences. If you sense there's more potential in your organisation, these two days are for you.

Talks that help you drive editorial innovation forward
We know you want to hear about projects and initiatives that deliver real business outcomes. That's why our speakers are practitioners, from regional newspapers to international media houses. They share first-hand what's working in their publications and how they're driving change that's efficient, sustainable and built to last.
We also cover technology trends, such as how automated AI workflows help your editors refocus on what really matters (journalism!) and how collaboration features support your teams. But always in the context of what you're working on day to day.
More than the industry event format you know

Panel Discussion
A Q&A session where publishing voices share practical answers. To the questions that don't fit into a regular talk.
Roadmap Insights
What's coming next in Purple Editorial, Purple Experience and partnerships? Straight from our product and leadership team. With time for your questions.
Networking, Networking, Networking
The most-mentioned plus point of our 2024 customer day: the exchange with publishers facing similar questions to yours. Plenty of breaks, plenty of time, plenty of space. So your conversations don't get cut short to two minutes between sessions.
Customer Cases
Publishers show how they're putting AI capabilities, end-to-end editorial systems and multi-brand setups into practice. With numbers, stumbling blocks and what they'd do differently today.
Deep-Dive Keynotes
How do agentic AI workflows actually work in the newsroom? Where are digital editions heading? Strategic talks that step back and put the industry in context.

Practitioners from the specialist publisher to the global media house
We will announce the first speakers in the coming weeks. On stage: editors-in-chief, managing directors and product leads from news publishers, local newspapers, specialist media and consumer media. Plus our product and leadership team.

“Everything was great and a complete success all round.”

Two days, two focuses.
Day 1 offers customer cases, compelling panels and a shared evening program.
Day 2 goes deep: experience AI in practice, further use cases and the Purple roadmap.
Another interchangeable conference room? We'd rather not.
We meet at Spielfeld, an innovation center in Berlin-Kreuzberg founded in 2016 by Roland Berger and Visa. Don't expect a sterile conference room. Here, established corporations and startups meet face to face every day. Your comfort is taken care of: between sessions there is fresh coffee from the portafilter machine and tasty catering. Instead of sitting in a cramped hotel lobby, you relax in lively networking areas or in the sunny courtyard.
Adress: Spielfeld Digital Hub | Skalitzer Str. 85/86, 10997 Berlin

Staying overnight in Berlin
We recommend two hotels nearby. Both are located right on the famous East Side Gallery. From there you can reach Spielfeld after a short walk on foot or after just one stop by S-Bahn or U-Bahn.
- Hampton by Hilton Berlin Mildred-Harnack-Straße 15, 10243 Berlin
- Hotel Indigo Berlin Mühlenstraße 13–19, 10243 Berlin
