Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission: You make our customers in the publishing industry more successful.

• You take over the relationship management with our most important customers
• You understand the individual business goals and requirements of customers in the publishing environment
• You develop and implement strategic customer care plans  
• You advise our publishing customers on the optimal use of our software solutions in the publishing context
• You coordinate our project management team to successfully implement customer-specific adaptations.
• You discover new upselling opportunities in the publishing segment
• You work closely with our sales and customer success teams

What you bring with you:

• Degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable field of study
• Professional experience in the B2B SaaS environment in one of the following areas:

- Consulting,  

- Distribution,

- Customer Success Management or

- Key Accounting

• Ideally a deep understanding of the processes in the publishing environment
• Strong communication skills in business fluent German and English
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively respond to the needs of our publishing clients  
• Interest in working closely with our colleagues from Sales, Project Management and Customer Success  
• Negotiating confidence and closing power in contract negotiations
